When I was working through a complex building project here in the city, Eric stepped in and made a real difference. City processes can sometimes be slow and frustrating, but thanks to Eric’s clear communication, deep understanding of how things work, and his willingness to advocate on my behalf, the process went much more smoothly. He helped move things forward without cutting corners, and that made it possible for the project to be completed on time, which also helped the local economy.
